James Flat Leaving Party

Have been to James flat leaving party and me and Murdo were obscenely early. Got to learn Scrabble though and it has to rank right up there as one of the most boring games invented by humanity. Arranging letters on a square board – what is that?

We were joined by Jenny, Chris and co. Then by Greg, Dave and Marianne. Last by Maggie, Gary, Steven, Cash, Mel and that was it. Many people or not, these flat-parties are so predicatable although Greg did surprise me by becoming a favourite with the ladies.

There was something about Karaoke which never happened. People were amused by Gary being pitch drunk little to realise that they themselves were crazy in a way. As for me, it was good to see everyone again. Jenny would make a good socialite I suppose. Glad to hear that Kathryn’s play in Edinburgh went well. They seem to have got a 5* review in the Herald. Well done. But other than that, it was just plain boring stuff.
